What makes us different ?
Most nurungjis you may find in local markets are large square-shaped with 2~3mm thick for easy production purpose. Boryeong nurungji snacks, however, are bakedy by spreading one by one cooked rice better on 5cm circular moulds in diameter. that’s why we only produce less than on bag of boryeon nurungji snacks per hour by each employee. not everyone can make a tiny, thin crispy rice snack like us
