OTIS Factory

OTIS
factory is approximately 3,000 square metres and located in Binh Phuoc Province
– a capital of Vietnamese cashew nuts. All cashew kernels processed from the
factory are supplied to neighbouring partners and exported globally.

OTIS Cashew Nut Processing

From the first days of establishment with a
young management team, OTIS company has equipped the factory with automation
machines and new technologies from reputable suppliers. With the factory processing
capacity of 28 tons of raw cashew
nuts/ day, the current output is 8 to 9 tons
of cashew kernels/ day. Applying the advanced equipment supports the company
build up an effective way to process the cashew nuts as well as make
improvements in both its quality and quantity for now and near future.

Our Packaging and Delivery

Our Packaging

The
cashew kernels are fumigated for 7-10 days before packing.

ü 
For common requests, the cashew kernels are
packed tightly by the vacuum packing machine and in 2 standard sizes of
vacuumed bags that is 22.68 kgs (50 lbs) and 11.34 kgs (25 lbs).

o  
1 vacuumed bag of 22.68kgs or 50 pounds (lbs)/
carton.

o  
2 vacuumed bags of 11.34kgs or 25 pounds (lbs)/
carton.

ü 
For special requests, the cashew kernels are
packed in a tin of 22 kgs and 2 tins/carton. Sometimes, a plastic bag is placed
inside a tin as a specific requirement before packing.

Then,
they are packed into cartons and shipped to the buyers in 20FT or 40FT
containers.

Our Delivery

We
normally use shipping by sea and delivery time about 25 working days depending
on the destinations. For special requests, we also offer express shipping and
delivery time about 5-7 working days.

Yes,
we can send 1 kg for 1 product sample with express shipping fees paid by the purchasers.

What is the minimum order?

The
minimum order quantity (MOQ) is 5 tons of cashew kernels.

Yes,
we can make customised logo and/or packaging for minimum orders of 26 tons (40FT
container).

How could we pay?

We
accept payment terms L/C at sight. For orders in the local market, we accept
bank transfer or cash.

produce in a day?

We
can produce 8-9 tons of
cashew kernels per day.
