    2、New-fashioned Grate Cooler Air Cannon
   Our company ,based on the principle of “Customer First!”, developed new-fashioned High Temperature Resistant piston-cylinder system considering the special hot environment sintering furnace such as cement preheated, thermal power plant and steel mill; Our cylinder is made of high-performance stainless steel, our piston also uses suitable material and hot treatment, which make our Air Cannon can work under 1000 centigrade degrees.
    3、New-fashioned Twin Nipple Air Cannon

Two nipples were designed which located respectively at left and right seal heads, furthermore, concurrent control was used, i.e. We can control one single nozzle or control two nozzles at the same time. Air Cannon Type

1. D equals to ID or the ID of equivalent circle, regarding 60 cone angle as benchmark..
 
2. D is the average granularity of materials.
 
3. Massive material is according to D=30μm.
 
4. Choosing accords to the diameter, also, should consider features, density, volume, and angel of bin.
 
5. When D≥800, the number should be decided accords to straight canister, and there should be one 300L air cannon every other 500mm around the circle.
 
6. On the aspect of height of bin, every other L200mlc400mm or more than it should add one layer of air cannons (Picture a), and there should be the altitude difference: h=500mm, H≈1200mm or so.
 
7. When the bottom of the bin had several tapers to expel the materials, each taper should be attached with one air blaster.
