Introduction
Cemented Carbide Balls in Kuck Carbide Co., Ltd divided into Tungsten Carbide Cobalt Binder (YG) and Tungsten Carbide Nickel Binder (YN).
Tungsten Carbide Cobalt Binder (YG) has a unique combination of properties, high compressive strength, hardness and resistance to wear, as well as an ability to withstand shock and impact.
Conventional Tungsten Carbide with Cobalt Binder (YG) has limited corrosion resistance, which makes them unsuitable for applications in which the wear parts are operating under both severe abrasive and corrosive conditions. As a general rule straight, Tungsten Carbide with Cobalt Binder (YG) is resistant to corrosion down to pH 7. By comparison, tests have shown that our Tungsten Carbide with Nickel Binder (YN) is resistant to corrosion down to pH 2 or 3.
Applications
1) The typical applications of Tungsten Carbide Cobalt Binder (YG) Balls are valves, flowmeters, and linear bearings. Balls from this material are also used for ballizing, gauging and ball pens.

The application range is wide, such as: precision parts punching stretching, precision bearings, instruments, meters, pens, spraying machine, water pump, machinery fittings, valve, brake pump, extruding hole, oil field, laboratory, hydrochloric acid hardness measuring instrument, fishing gear, weight, decoration, finishing high-tech industry.

The size of range is available from 3/32″ to 2″ inches, the tolerance grade is divided into G10, G25, G48, G50, G100 and so on. The available grades and sizes are shown in the below table.
